Shipping and Returns
We charge a $10 shipping fee on orders under $50 and offer free shipping for orders over $50.
All orders purchased on AEPbeauty.com ship out via UPS from our warehouse in Los Angeles to the contiguous United States. Due to shipping regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, freight forward addresses or Internationally. If your shipping address does not meet the requirements stated we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered please visit the UPS website and file a claim with UPS for a lost/missing package. AEP shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. AEP is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.
We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If you feel that a product you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, you can avail of our 30-day returns policy, which covers you for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please email us to make arrangements. We will refund you the cost of goods. We do not refund the shipping charge.
It can take 3-5 business days for a refund to process, be sure to check your account once we have confirmed a refund has been processed.
AEP does not offer any type of exchanges, only returns for orders purchased directly on our website. If purchased from one of our retailers please contact them directly for any returns.
